Ham, egg and onion fried pies

Recipe for yeast ham pies toasted in a skillet. The dough is prepared for them the easiest on the water. Take dry yeast or multiply by three, as a result, get the amount of pressed yeast.

Ingredients

• 500 ml of water;

• 6-7 glasses of flour;

• 15 g of yeast;

• 100 ml of oil;

• 300 g of ham.

Cooking

1. Knead the dough at least two hours before making the pies. Then it will have time to reach, the products will be soft and airy. Dissolve yeast with sugar in warm water, add the rest of the ingredients according to the recipe, add flour and knead soft dough, but not fluid.

2. Cover the dish with a cloth, leave to fit. As soon as the dough rises, you need to knead it with your hands and let it come again.

3. Boiled eggs need to be cleaned, cut into cubes. Also chop the ham, mix everything at once. Chop the onion and add. Stuffing the salt, pepper.

4. Divide the dough into pieces of 100-150 grams, depending on the desired size of the pies. Flatten into flat cakes.

5. Spread the whole filling, blind the pies. When shifting to a pan, products must be flattened in the palms of your hands.

6. Fry the pies in hot oil. There should be a lot of fat in the pan so that the products do not touch the bottom.

Puff pastry ham and cheese pies

A variant of the simple pies with ham and cheese, for which you do not even need to cook the dough. A flaky product from the store will do. Moreover, it can be with or without yeast. All products are taken in arbitrary quantities.

Ingredients

• dough;

• ham;

• cheese;

• egg;

• sesame as desired.

Cooking

1. Cut the ham and cheese into rectangular pieces. Cheese can be grated or cut smaller, if initially the shape of the piece does not allow you to make a rectangle.

2. Lay the dough on a table, roll to a thickness of three millimeters.

3. Cut the formation into rectangles 2.5 times larger than a piece of ham.

4. Lubricate the edges of the pieces with an egg, spread the filling. Cheese should be on top. Make rectangular pies.

5. Transfer all items to a greased baking sheet.

6. Top also grease with an egg. Optionally, sprinkle with sesame seeds. If yeast dough is used, first let it rise a little in the warmth, only after that lubricate.

Ham and tomato pies

The recipe for delicious pies with ham and tomatoes, which are prepared from kefir dough. It is good because it does not require prolonged infusion, the baking is soft, light, porous.

Ingredients

• 300 ml of kefir;

• 1 tsp soda;

• 3 tablespoons of oil;

• 1 tsp without a hill of salt;

• 20 g of sugar;

• 4 cups flour.

For the filling, you need ham and ripe but firm tomatoes. You will also need a little cheese, the amount is adjustable yourself. You need a raw egg to grease the pies.

Cooking

1. We start the dough. To do this, extinguish the soda in warm kefir, put all the other ingredients, knead. Massa doesn’t get bored, but it’s better to leave it for about fifteen minutes, so that the dough becomes soft, it becomes more elastic.

2. Cut the ham into slices, you can julienne.

3. For tomatoes, remove the seeds with liquid, crust the crust and leaves. Tomatoes should be one third less than ham.

Ingredients

• 300 ml of milk;

• 100 ml of water;

• 15 g of yeast;

• 6.5 glasses of flour;

• 50 g butter;

• 1 tsp salts;

• 2 tablespoons of sugar.

Filling:

• 300 g of ham;

• 150 g of cheese;

• 200 g of onion;

• egg for lubrication;

• 50 g of oil.

Cooking

1. Heat the milk with water. You can just dilute the milk with boiling water, add yeast and sugar to the warm mixture, leave for ten minutes.

2. Now add salt and melted butter, stir. Add the flour and knead the dough. It should turn out elastic, soft, without lumps.

3. Cover with a towel, put in heat. Soak until the first lift, take. Then let the mass rise again and you can sculpt the pies.

4. Onions need to be cleaned, cut into cubes. Put in a skillet, fry until transparent with butter. Add the diced ham, brown together. Season with salt, spices, cool.

5. Add the grated cheese to the cooled filling, stir.

6. Blind pies with aromatic minced meat, transfer to a sheet, let go on a baking sheet.

7. Smear with an egg, bake until golden brown.

Puff pastry with ham and rice

A variant of economical pies, the filling for which is prepared with the addition of rice. It can be cooked on purpose or use the rest of the side dish.

Ingredients

• 400 g of dough;

• a glass of boiled rice;

• 150 g of ham;

• 1 onion;

• 30 ml of oil;

• 1 egg;

• 70 g of cheese.

Cooking

1. In oil, fry the chopped onion, cool.

2. Cut the ham into slices, grate the cheese, mix with boiled rice.

3. Add the fried onions to the filling. Season with spices, you can add pepper, garlic, herbs. Stir.

4. The dough needs to be taken out in advance in heat so that it thaws.

5. Roll the formation to make it thin.

6. Use a sharp knife to cut into squares with sides of 15 centimeters.

7. Spread the filling. Spread between all the pies so that nothing is left.

8. Beat the egg. Brush the edges of the dough.

9. Make rectangular or triangular pies.

10. Put on a baking sheet, grease the top of the pies with a testicle.

11. Bake at 200 minutes 12-15, see if the dough is ready.

Ham, cream cheese and pies

For such pies you will need any yeast dough in the amount of one kilogram. You can cook it according to one of our recipes above. Products are fried in oil in a pan.

Ingredients

• 1 kg of dough;

• 200 g of ham;

• 1 bunch of green onions;

• 150 g processed cheese;

• 0.5 bunch of parsley;

• 2 cloves of garlic.

Cooking

2. Cut the ham into cubes, transfer to the greens.

3. Add grated or mashed processed cheese; the grinding method depends on the consistency of the product.

4. Add chopped garlic, stir the filling, season with pepper, no salt needed.

5. Divide the dough into 12 slices, roll out thin cakes, lay out the filling and mold the pies.

6. Heat the oil in a pan, poured with a layer of about one centimeter.

7. Flatten the pies in the palms and fry until crust on both sides.

Ham, cheese and mushroom pies

A variant of a wonderful filling for puff pastries with ham and cheese. Pickled mushrooms are used, but you can also cook with fresh products, but you will have to fry them a little longer.

Ingredients

• Dough packing;

• 150 g of ham;

• 150 g of cheese;

• 100 g pickled mushrooms;

• 1 onion head;

• butter, egg, spices.

Cooking
