Salad with funchozy

Ingredients:

  • Funchoza 50 grams
  • Fresh cucumber 1 piece
  • Carrots 1 piece
  • Sweet red pepper 1 piece
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Sesame seeds 1 tsp
  • Olive oil 1 tsp
  • Soy sauce 2 tsp
  • Coriander to taste
  • Hops suneli to taste
  • Salt to taste

Cooking method:

Step 1. Pour boiling water on funchoza for 4-5 minutes. Water to drain and cool funchozu.

Step 2. Prepare vegetables: grate carrots and cucumber. Cut the pepper into thin strips and finely chop the garlic. Mix vegetables, lightly salt, add olive oil, soy sauce, coriander and hops-suneli.

Step 3. To the vegetables add the cooled funchoza and sesame, mix the salad gently and can be served on the table. When the salad is infused, it becomes tastier.
