Often I want to present a gift made with my own hand. And in this case, it is desirable that the packaging was done independently.

We propose to make a gift box of paper in which you can put a little surprise. The step-by-step creation of such crafts in the origami technique is given in our master class.

To create a package, prepare:

- a sheet of colored paper;

- a ruler;

- scissors;

- a pencil;

- shiny ribbon.

Our craft will consist of two parts. For each of them, a blank in the form of a square is required. The size of the future box will depend on its size. We cut squares from one sheet of paper. They have a size of 14.5x14.5 cm.

Now we add one of the squares along two diagonals.

We bend its opposite corners to the center.

So we draw parallel lines.

We bend the lower corner to the previously planned line.

Now you need to bend the same corner to another line located above.

We have outlined such parallel lines.

After that, you need to expand the square 90 degrees and repeat all the steps. Our blank should have this look.

We proceed directly to the formation of the box. To do this, bend the side corners to the center.

We perform another fold from the sides. So we form the walls of the future box.

In the upper part we perform a bend with the formation of internal folds.

Turn the top corner down.

Do the same with the bottom corner. So we formed one part of the box.

Another part of our packaging is done similarly until a certain stage.

But in the upper part of the workpiece, additional diagonal folds are required.

With their help, we add the upper corner as follows.

Do the same with the bottom corner.

Lateral "tails" are cut along.

We twist their ends with scissors.

We insert one part of the package into another.

On the edges we tie beautiful ribbons. Our paper gift box is ready.
