The main ingredient in the dish is cabbage. It can be white-headed, Beijing or red-headed. You can stew fresh or sauerkraut. In addition to the main vegetable, you will need onions and carrots.

Delicate varieties or young cabbage stew for about seven minutes. A mature vegetable will need twice as much time.

First of all, fry the onions and carrots. Spread minced meat for vegetables and continue to cook, thoroughly kneading with a spatula so that it crumbles into small pieces. Fry until golden brown.
