This salad will appeal to absolutely everyone. Mushrooms can be pickled on their own, it is done as simple as that: you need to take some mushrooms, wash them and put in a pan, add a little oil, a couple of tablespoons of vinegar, bay leaf, salt, pepper and sugar to taste, cover the pan and simmer mushrooms for 10 minutes, during this time they will start juice, as a result, they will get marinade. Cool the mushrooms and serve. BUT! Canned mushrooms will be faster..

Ingredients:

  • Pickled champignons - 200 g
  • Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Red onion - 1 pc.
  • Pickles - 3 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp.
  • Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
  • Salt, pepper - to taste

Cooking process

Prepare all products on a list. Remove the delicious pickled mushrooms from the marinade, cut into large pieces. If the champignons are small, they can simply be cut in half.

Peel and rinse the red onion. If you use onions, it is best scalded with boiling water or pickled in vinegar. Cut the onion into small cubes.

Cook chicken eggs for 10 minutes, then cool and peel, cut into cubes.

And also cut the cucumbers into cubes.

Put all prepared ingredients in a container, season the salad with mayonnaise and mustard.

Mix everything and take the sample, add salt and ground pepper at your discretion.
