If you often cook roasts, then cook the meat in Thai. Unusual taste of meat, spicy and pungent, tasty and piquant gravy, vegetable notes of the dish all this distinguishes the recipe from the usual dishes.

And most importantly, the dish turns out pretty dietary.

Ingredients:

  • pork - 500 g
  • sweet pepper - 1 pc.
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • garlic - 2 tooth.
  • lemon juice - 15 ml.
  • soy sauce - 60 ml
  • vegetable oil - 10 ml.

Cooking:

Prepare the meat - cut off pieces of fat, cut from the bone. Cut the pork in equal strips. We shift the meat into a deep bowl and pour it with soy sauce

Pour lemon juice, you can add a concentrate of lemon juice, which is sold in the store.

Peel the garlic and add to the meat. Cover with cling film and leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes at room temperature.

Pour the oil into the pan and warm it up a lot. Fry meat in small portions over high heat until crusty. If you fry all the meat at once - we will not get crusts, since the meat will release a lot of meat juice.

We wash the pepper, clean it from seeds. We also wash and clean the onion.

We cut all vegetables into strips, and onions in half rings. When all the meat is fried, remove it and fry the vegetables in the same oil until cooked.

We return the meat to the pan to vegetables. Pour marinade, stew meat and vegetables under the lid for 15-20 minutes.

Arrange rice in portions, arrange meat with vegetables, pour delicious sauce, serve and ....
