Soup - traditionally Russian multicomponent first course. Fish soup is cooked most often in meat broth (beef, pork or chicken). To cook lean soup, you can use mushrooms or just a vegetable set. The second important and integral component of any soup is cabbage. Soup can be fresh (from ordinary white cabbage) or sour (from sauerkraut). A distinctive feature of any soup is their characteristic sour taste. It is achieved most often by adding sauerkraut, sorrel or salted mushrooms. Laying raw foods is one of the techniques used in the process of cooking soup. Recently, however, passaged products (onions with carrots) are increasingly being added. In order to give the soup a richer meat flavor, sometimes a little ham or bacon is added to the dish. There are also fish soup, but such recipes are not widespread.

Shchi can be eaten with sour cream or mayonnaise, and the best dish to eat is fresh black bread. To each batch add chopped greens and chopped green onions. Green cabbage soup goes well with boiled eggs.

Soup - preparation of food and dishes

We take out the meat from the broth and separate from the bones. Strain the broth, pour the potatoes into it and bring to a boil. After boiling we spread cabbage and vegetable roasting. Salt, pepper and cook soup until cooked, periodically checking cabbage and potatoes. Before the end of the preparation, add lavrushka, pea pepper and chicken meat.
