The tests showed that Lavado cocoa, which has an extremely high content of antioxidants and polyphenols, is able to withstand various kinds of neurodegenerative diseases. Studies have shown that this cocoa variety does not allow proteins to accumulate in the brain and damage neurons, which is the cause of the progression of the disease.

In the near future, experts intend to create a dietary supplement on the basis of Lavado coffee. This, scientists believe, will be a powerful weapon against brain diseases. Doctors are convinced that the obtained dietary supplement will be a great, safe and inexpensive means, in particular, for the treatment of early stages of Alzheimer's disease.
