The first installment was 20% of the total cost of housing. As Mark admitted, he took a mortgage for 10 years, however, he hopes to pay it much earlier. Every month, the actor pays 50 thousand rubles, which, however, does not cause serious damage to the budget. Bogatyrev said he did not save on anything, and if something changed, there would be a way out.
