Today, barbecue is not only a way of cooking meat and other products, it can be considered a full-fledged ceremony, which has its own characteristics and traditions. When a whole company gathers in nature, here the process itself is more important than the result. Bonfire, smoke, cheerful laughter - these are the main components of an excellent barbecue holiday.

Shish kebabs can be prepared both from raw meat and previously stewed at home. But in the latter case, it is dangerous to cook meat until half ready, because bacteria can easily appear in it, which quickly spoil our product and, accordingly, the rest itself. The only advantage of pre-stewed meat: it will probably be completely fried, but the effect itself will be lost.

Remember: the pickling process is best done at home, as it can last from 4-5 hours to 2-3 days.

To prepare a barbecue, barbecue, barbecue and skewers made of non-oxidizing metals are most often used. Most often they use the grill, it is more convenient and practical, the only thing you will definitely need to follow the height. The meat should be at a sufficient distance from the meat so that they are fried rather than burned. The most suitable height is 3-5 cm. A grill with grates and a blower is perfect, with these simple devices you can easily control traction depending on wind and other weather conditions.

People who violate this law face administrative liability for which a fine is provided.

Rules for making tasty barbecue in nature

And finally, a list of simple recommendations on how to make your barbecue outdoors as tasty as possible:

1) make sure that the products you are going to bake are fresh and the meat is young and juicy;

2) refuse to cook kebabs from frozen meat, since it does not contain even a third of those nutrients that are present in the fresh product. Whatever you do with it, you won’t get the proper effect anyway;

3) do not use meat from freshly slaughtered animals or game. Blood must necessarily come off the carcass; it needs to be thoroughly laid down and marinated. If the meat is veined, it is not recommended to use it for grilling on a wire rack;

4) skewer (grill) must be lubricated with vegetable oil in advance and set to warm up for 5-10 minutes. Strong heat perfectly tightens the pores of meat, and it better preserves juice;

5) if the meat is dry, it must first be greased with fat;

6) seasonings for meat can be added to achieve a more juicy taste. While the meat remains warm, 1-2 small pieces of butter can be added on top of it;

7) if the pieces of meat are large enough, then they must first be fried at higher temperatures to close the pores, and after that continue to simmer at lower temperatures. Do not forget to add salt on all sides to taste;

8) during the roasting process, you can not be distracted, since the product can be spoiled very quickly;

9) do not forget to place a container under the skewer in which juices will drain. When the roasting process is completed, this juice can be drained, seasoned and sprinkled with it all the meat;

10) it is better to eat cooked meat immediately, after additional heating it will lose its unusual taste.

Before you gather the company for nature, be sure to choose the right place so that your vacation is not overshadowed by unpleasant consequences.

Have a nice rest!
