The meat can be baked in large pieces or portioned slices, most importantly, at the beginning of cooking it must be thoroughly washed, dried and marinated in soy sauce. • soy sauce - 1 cup;

1. First, prepare the marinade in this way: mix mustard with garlic, soy sauce, paprika, salt and black pepper.
